Our full-scale balcony refresh involves a thorough cleaning of every surface from the ceiling & walls to the floor, including all exterior windows and doors. Once clean we disinfectant the area to clear away mold, mildew and dust. This specific package is for non-bird debris only. Enjoy a spotless retreat once we've left.
Our targeted pigeon cleanup focuses on the safe removal, neutralization & disinfection of bird waste to reclaim your living space. This deep-clean protocol addresses heavily soiled zones directly. For the most effective decontamination possible, we kindly ask that you clear the area of all personal items before our arrival so our technicians can reach every corner. This service focuses on balcony flooring, in preparation for the installation of bird deterrents and does not include the walls, windows, etc. We take every precaution to work around furniture etc that remain on the balcony but we will not be responsible for damage to articles left on the balcony that we must move or navigate around.

Winning back your balcony after birds have established a roost is no simple feat. These creatures possess a homing instinct for previous nesting sites, making them incredibly persistent guests. Our premium polyethylene woven mesh creates a permanent physical boundary to end the cycle. It is waterproof and UV protected and safe for birds so they remain unharmed during flight. ​Client Safety Note: please remember that our bird netting is not a fall-protection system for children or animals. We strongly recommend that children are monitored at all times while using the balcony area. We can adapt our installation for pet safety but must be made aware of this requirement before installation as added features, a netting with metal wire inside of it & depending on the size of animal, extra tension points will be required along the perimeters.
Our permanent affixed netting installation is a subtle, high-performance upgrade that requires small drilled holes into the balcony walls & ceiling. These small holes aren't usually required on the balcony floor therefore the integrity of your floor's waterproofing seal isn't compromised, a feature highly valued by building corporations. The low profile netting isn't very noticeable from the ground level. While it keeps birds out, it can also double as a secondary safety layer for indoor cats; for pigeon control, we mount it externally, whereas for feline security, we run the netting on the interior railing so cats can't jump onto it. While this system effectively deters nesting pigeons, it is not rated for pet containment or safety. It offers an efficient, mobile way to ensure your balcony remains a clean, bird-free zone.
While pigeon netting is our top recommendation for most residential balconies , a hybrid approach using bird spikes and netting is sometimes best depending on the balcony configuration . Commercial pricing is usually site specific & often involves customized structures & multiple deterrents to remedy the problem. These job quotes are calculated based on the size & scope of the infestation density, the specific types of birds and the architectural aesthetic among other considerations.. For high-rise roof top HVAC units custom framing is often required to support the netting.
